I heard about eBags from Hiwire.com. In the add (which is still running) it is advertized that you will receive free shipping on any purchase. I WAS CHARGED FOR SHIPPING. That is $12 that I could have used for a wallet. I did contact Customer service. The response was that that offer is no longer valid. But I was reimbursed for the shipping. Yet the add still runs today."
